Shipping policy

Standard shipping is $4.99 for the first item.

Each additional item shipped in the same order to the same address is $1.99.

Orders of $69 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

All Harper & Oak orders ship using standard shipping. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.

Where We Ship

Harper & Oak currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Production & Delivery Time

Most orders require approximately 1–4 business days for production before they are shipped.

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 5–7 business days.

In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 6–11 business days after your order is placed.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan your package and begin displaying tracking updates.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your tracking appears unusually delayed, has stopped updating for an extended period, or you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@harperandoak.shop.

We’ll review the situation and do our best to help get things sorted out.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because our products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we may not be able to change an address once an order has entered production.
